Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy traveled to address defense personnel in the Pokrovsk area on Tuesday. Zelenskyy announced that he engaged with warriors at the operational headquarters of the first unit of the Ukrainian National Guard Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya sector, an urban center approximately 20km from the city.

Intense Conditions in Pokrovsk

Updated analysis from a national effort showed that Russian forces had pushed further into Pokrovsk and nearby locations, though a large portion lacked clear dominance by any party. The situation remains critical, with updates indicating that opposition troops were digging in and enhancing fortifications in various sectors.

Invading troops are making progress in the Pokrovsk front and appear to be operating with growing ease within the city proper.
