Aberdeen Put Up a Fight Versus Ukrainian Opponents
At halftime, Aberdeen were level one-all against Shakhtar Donetsk during a tightly contested match.
So far it's been a very organized performance from Aberdeen, and it has had to be against a Shakhtar team who have pushed and probed while dominating the ball.
The only negative was the space Shakhtar were afforded for their equaliser.
Aberdeen must figure out how of carrying a bit more of a threat near the opponent's goal, but when you consider the level of opposition they have done quite impressive so far.
They will also have the benefit of windy conditions in their favor in the second half.
